Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Saxon King website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Booking Policy
Table bookings made through our website are requests and are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email or phone.
We kindly ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. Tables may be released after 15 minutes if we have not heard from you.
For groups of 12 or more, please contact us directly by phone to arrange your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask for a minimum of 2 hours notice for cancellations.
For large group bookings (12+), we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may affect future booking requests.
No-shows without notice may be subject to restrictions on future bookings.
Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, including menu items, prices, opening hours, and event details, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Allergen information is available on request and customers are advised to inform staff of any dietary requirements or allergies when ordering.
The Saxon King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
